Jonas Gudjonsson (Synths, Samplers, Backing vocals).

In the early nineties, Jonas co-founds the Depeche Mode-inspired synthpop band "New Dreams" together with longtime friend, Michael Rasmussen, and assumes the role of lead-singer after a game of rock-paper-scissors.

The band never takes off and is laid to rest a few years later when Jonas decides to focus
on his newly started solo-project "New Visions" (However did he come up with that name?).

"New Visions" record one official demo in 2000 which is well received by various record labels, however no contract is signed. A few unofficial demos follow, and in 2004 the project is put on hold, as Jonas diverts his attention towards his other, more well known EBM solo project, MachineSoldier.

Jonas mainly draws his musical inspiration from underground electronic bands, be it synthpop, EBM or Industrial. In addition, more mainstream bands such as Depeche Mode, The Cure, Kraftwerk and Front 242 have made their marks throughout the years.

In 2009, Jonas joins Fake The Envy after having served as a third live member in all but one concert.
